About Ali Kassamali

Florida Spine and Pain Specialists is thrilled to announce that Dr. Ali Kassamali will be joining the team in Sarasota, Florida, starting this September. As an Interventional Pain Specialist, Dr. Kassamali will be an invaluable addition to our practice. His expertise and dedication to improving patients' quality of life are in harmony with our mission to offer the highest standard of pain management. 

Dr. Kassamali completed his undergraduate degree at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. After working a number of different jobs around the country, he decided to pursue his passion in medicine and obtained his post-baccalaureate at NYU. Dr. Kassamali graduated from medical school at the University of Miami, where he also completed his internship and residency in Anesthesiology at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in interventional spine and pain at the University of Miami, where he was awarded "Most Outstanding Fellow."

Dr. Kassamali has spent nearly a decade providing superior care and treatment options to his patients in the greater Atlanta area. He has focused his practice on emerging technologies and other non-opiate-based treatments and was recognized by his peers as one of Atlanta's Top Doctors for 2024 in his specialty.

Philosophy
