Back pain. Nerve pain. Muscle injuries. These aches and pains are common but don’t all heal the same way. Dr. Nomen Azeem opened Florida Spine and Pain Specialists to bring innovative treatments for chronic and acute pain disorders to athletes and power walkers alike.
“Pain does not discriminate based on age, gender, race or activity level,” says Dr. Azeem. “My desire is to provide individualized care that incorporates patient education and provides cutting-edge, long-term pain solutions.”
Dr. Azeem treats all kinds and sources of pain, including sports injuries, arthritis, herniated discs, compression fractures, neuropathy, and complex pain syndromes. He works closely with patients to treat concerns through exercise, physical therapy, medications and minimally invasive interventional procedures, including radiofrequency ablation of the nerves in the neck, low back, hip, and knee, spinal cord stimulation, and stem cell therapy.
Florida Spine and Pain Specialists has three new convenient offices in Riverview, Wesley Chapel and Sebring to treat patients across the Tampa Bay area.
